Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fluxel (“the Service”), operated by Fluxel (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at fluxel.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Fluxel is an AI-powered platform that generates business strategy reports. Users provide business context and select from 12 consulting frameworks to generate reports including TAM analysis, competitive landscapes, GTM plans, SWOT analysis, and more. Reports can be exported as PDF, DOCX, PPTX, or HTML.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Fluxel offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change applies to their account.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at help@fluxel.dev for refund requests.

Fair Usage Policy

Subscription plans include generous usage allowances as described on our pricing page. Plans marketed as “Unlimited” are subject to a fair usage policy designed to ensure consistent service quality for all users.

  • Unlimited plans are intended for normal business use. We reserve the right to apply reasonable soft limits (e.g., 200 reports per month) to prevent automated abuse or resource monopolization.
  • AI-powered features, including report generation and profile enhancement, use varying AI model tiers depending on your subscription plan. Higher-tier plans receive access to more advanced AI models for deeper and more comprehensive analysis.
  • We may temporarily throttle usage that significantly exceeds normal patterns to maintain service reliability. Affected users will be notified and can contact us to discuss their needs.
  • Free plan users are limited to web-based report viewing. Export features (PDF, DOCX, PPTX) and AI profile enhancement require a paid subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
  • Resell or redistribute generated reports without an active Consultant-tier subscription with white-label permissions.
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service beyond the provided API.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Intellectual Property

  • Your content — you retain ownership of the business information you provide. Reports generated from your data are yours to use for your business purposes.
  • Our platform — Fluxel's software, design, branding, report templates, and consulting frameworks remain our intellectual property.
  • AI-generated content — reports are generated by AI and should be reviewed for accuracy before making business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Disclaimer

Fluxel provides AI-generated strategy reports for informational purposes only. Reports are not professional consulting advice. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of generated content. You should independently verify all information before making business, financial, or investment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
